TRUCK offers Free Returns and Exchanges for any unused items.
Warrantee issues are considered on a case by case basis but we do proudly back our product so any legitimate warrantee issue will be handled immediately via replacement or refund within 1year of purchase. Please fill in the below required information.
**Please note that we can only offer exchanges for replacement of the same model. If you desire a different model please place your new order and send back the first item/s for a refund.
After submitting your form we will email you a return shipping label within ~24-36hrs and do our best to expedite any exchange or refund.
International customers are not eligible for free returns and exchanges.
