Returns and Exchange Policy

We don't like to wear used underwear and we are sure you feel the same! UFM will accept returns and exchanges of the products [within 30 days of purchase] that are UNWORN, UNWASHED and the PACKAGING IS UNDAMAGED. Return products will be inspected and refunds are pending inspection and approval.

Dirty little industry secret: many of our competitors sell returns that have been worn (especially if shipped from the Amazon warehouse); Who wants to buy used underwear? Yuk; Our return policy is a little stricter because we refuse to sell used underwear.  Our Amazon sales and returns go exclusively through our warehouse so we can guarantee that used underwear does not get resold

UFM Warranty, Return may not be required. Please send photos of the defect to sales@ufmunderwear.com (1 year from the date of purchase)
